I offer a wide variety of yoga practices, including:

  • Yin, Restore, and Yoga Nidra for deep release

  • Somatic and Trauma-Informed Yoga for nervous system support

  • Prenatal, Kids Yoga, and Specialty Classes for every life stage

  • CEU-eligible classes and Yoga Teacher Trainings (YTT) for ongoing learning

Each session—whether private or group—is fully personalized. No two bodies are the same, and no two practices should be either. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen your journey, we’ll create something that feels aligned, empowering, and sustainable for you.

Heather Lyn Schneller
Individualized Wellness Expert

Heather has spent over 30 years in health and wellness, beginning her journey at age 15 after reading The Art of Happiness. She trained under the gifted Cindy Frankel in Somerset, PA, studying yoga and tai chi, and went on to explore massage therapy, myofascial release, shiatsu, the Alexander Technique, reiki, and nutrition. Heather continues to expand her knowledge through courses, classwork, and daily reading. She has written for magazines, taught individuals, and developed a deeply personal, integrative approach that blends yoga, somatic practices, and nutrition. As the founder of Bodhi Wellness, she helps people reconnect with their bodies— because every body has a story, and she is here to help you learn yours.
